We are choosing the cheapest way of transport for you. This takes place with DHL or parcelservice.

The Postage for delivery is:

(Delivery in non EU countries like Switzerland is tax free. Please note that delivery to non EU countries will cause additional expense like customs duties.)

 

New: Orders more than € 200,- we ship postage-free in whole Europe!

 

All our packages are transport insured automatically. So we overtake the whole risk for damage or loss of the goods during the transport. We only charge € 1,- for this service. Only if you emphasize particularly, we refrain from insurance. For deliveries in foreign countries out of Europe we charge the actual accrued costs. We advise you before shipment. We only deliver per credit card or international bank transfer in advance.

 

How you can pay:

 

You pay directly to the supplier. In Austria and Germany we charge no COD-fee. Though the German DHL charge a fee for COD of € 2,-.

 

By ordering tell us please your number of credit card and the validity.

 

Transport damage or incompletenessPlease contact and reclaim in between 3 days, otherwise we can not take into account.

Warranty for wakeboard and skis is 12 month. Warranty for fashion, neopren, bindings, wakeskates, tubes, bananas, bags, fins, ropes and handles is 6 months. This differs only, if the producer particularly points out that there is another warranty space of time. The warranty starts with the day of purchase. The customer is responsible for evidencing this with the original invoice. The warranty expires if the customer is altering the products or there is an incorrect usage or is assembling the goods incorrect.

 

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear & use, expendable parts like overlays, damage caused by third parties during transportation, damage caused by use like obstacles riding or using of ramps, commercial usage like rental services.

Generally these conditions are valid for all contracts, deliveries and other rendered services. We are contradicting explicitly variant regulations of the contract partner. All other agreements need a written confirmation.
